Course Description:What is causing many physicians to report feelings of burnout, low morale, and pessimism about the future? How can urgent care facilities create positive relationships with today’s doctors? Drawing from data collected through one of the largest physician surveys ever conducted in the United States, Kurt Mosley will provide insights into today’s physician workforce trends and will outline the keys to identifying burnout in urgent care physicians. Furthermore, the presentation describes steps urgent care facilities can take to increase physician satisfaction levels, improve physician retention rates, and establish effective burnout prevention programs.

A nationally noted speaker and a member of the globally recognized Executive Speakers Bureau, Mr. Mosley has addressed over 90 healthcare professional organizations over the last two years reaching over 6,500 industry leaders. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, Mr. Mosley spent several years in professional baseball and now resides in Dallas, Texas.
